The guarantee
Request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full purchase price of the Decision Kit and any add-on bought in the same order. There is no minimum-use requirement and no form beyond the contact page.
How to request one
- Open the contact form and choose “Refund request”.
- Enter the email address you used at checkout so we can find the order.
- Optionally tell us what fell short — it helps us improve the kit, but it is not required.
Timing
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, normally within two business days of your request. Your bank may take five to ten business days to show the credit.
After a refund
Access to the kit on your devices ends once the refund is issued.
